There is no file hosted on this page. The links below go directly to Zebra Technologies' own support site — the only trustworthy source for ZD421 drivers and setup software.
Why we don't host the installer here. Printer "driver download" sites that host their own copies of setup files are a common way malware gets distributed. The safe approach is always to download directly from the printer manufacturer's own domain. That's what the buttons below do.
What to pick on Zebra's page
- On the ZD421 support page, choose the Drivers tab.
- Select Zebra Setup Utilities (bundles the driver plus the configuration wizard) — this is what most people want.
- Match the file to your Windows version (Windows 10/11, 32-bit or 64-bit).
- Confirm the file is signed by "Zebra Technologies" before running it (right-click the downloaded file → Properties → Digital Signatures).
Verify before you install. Only trust an installer if it was downloaded from a URL starting with
